Al Huda Publications UK aims to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

Where applicable, free delivery will be applied automatically when your order qualifies.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alhudalogisticsuk@gmail.com. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
