AlHuda Publications Return Policy

At AlHuda Publications UK, complete satisfaction is our goal! However, if

our merchandise does not meet your expectations, we offer the following

return and exchange options:

Returning item(s) for a refund or exchange

1.Received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise (Due

To Our Fault) ......Two Weeks Deadline:

We take great care in maintaining a high level of quality control on orders being

dispatched. However, if you do find a fault with your merchandise, please

contact a member of our Customer Care Team via email or by telephone

…………… who will be happy to deal with your issue. You will be asked to

provide your name, order number and a brief description of the fault.

Customers have up to 14 days to return a faulty/damaged item. We will gladly

replace or refund your item(s) with the same item(s) originally ordered without

you incurring any extra fees for shipping and handling. We will send you a

prepaid label to ship the package back to us.

Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of damaged, incorrect or defective

products at alhudalogisticsuk@gmail.com

Please keep the package as is and call us immediately for further assistance.

No item will be accepted either for return or exchange after 15 days have passed

from the time of the original order date.

2.Dissatisfied with your purchase...Two Weeks Deadline:

Exchange your item(s) with other item(s) of your choice. If the price of new

merchandise is higher than the price of original purchase, the customer pays for

the difference in price. The customer also pays for the shipping and handling of

all exchanged items.

Customer will be responsible for shipping the item, you want exchanged or

returned, back to Alhuda online books.

No item(s) will be accepted for exchange after 15 days from the customer's

receipt of products.

IMPORTANT: To qualify for the above options:

Item in boxes must be unopened and in their original saleable plastic wrapped

boxes.

Books must be unmarked, unwritten on, and in new condition.Customer returns responsibility

Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items until we are

in safe receipt. We recommend that you use an insured returns service for your

protection. International orders must be clearly marked 'RETURN TO

SENDER' as we are not liable for customs and duties back into the UK. In

circumstances where the parcel is not marked as 'RETURN TO SENDER' we

will contact you to advise you of customs and duties amount and request it be

deducted from your account or refund.

1. General Rules:

Items that do not satisfy the conditions above will not be accepted for refund or

exchange.

Damaged products (not due to our fault) will receive no credit.

If the product was not damaged or defective, the following items will not be

accepted for returns once the original packaging is opened, all returned goods

needing new packaging and missing parts are subject up to a 50% restocking

charge.

We will ship the exchanged item(s) after we receive the returned one(s).

We will not accept any product(s) not purchased directly from Alhuda

Publications UK

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used to

purchase within 7 business days of us receiving your return.

sent back without contacting our customer care team will not be accepted and

will not be exchanged or refunded.
